This Medicine is known as an antidote and is used to treat poisonings caused by special insecticides called anticholinesterase and agricultural pesticides.

Treatment is effective even if administered shortly after intoxication.
If the interval between intoxication and the start of treatment is more than 36 hours, there is not much effect. In case of kidney Disease: Tell your Doctor. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
